Green Ambassadors
We have a team of 6 Green Ambassadors who are passionate about changing the world, Barton Stacey and our school for the better. Below are some of the actions the Green Ambassadors have undertaken this year.
- Batteries recycled
- Litter picking within the school grounds
- Presentation to pupils on green issues.
- Led the 'Walktober' campaign within school, encouraging children to walk, scoot or cycle to school.
On 22 April, the Green Ambassadors led the school in celebrating Earth Day 2024 by leading worship and some workshops in each class. Below is a link to their presentation.
We have also installed a bird feeder at the front of school to encourage the birds into our school grounds.
